Voting is not the solution, it is the bare minimum obligation of a citizen.
Voting marks the BEGINNING of your obligation.
Voting is not the end, it is the start of the hiring process of YOUR EMPLOYEES.
Then the real work begins, run your (our) country, supervise your employees.
Voting doesn't set policy or enact change, change is accomplished by forcing your shitty, petty, greedy, (all necessary characteristics to gain the job) employees to act on your orders, under threat of losing their jobs and/or jail time.
