For me, it's the whole "picking" thing. Antique shops/malls, thrift shops, tag/garage/yard sales, swap meets and flea markets, auctions, barn sales, etc..
Then I have my workshop totally kitted-out for a whole wide variety of repairs, restoration, alterations.
What's missing is an outlet to display and resell what I collect in a well curated and designed way.
Oh, and trying to do this all whilst eternally, devastatingly, ALONE is a major ennui laden demotivator, ruining what should be a golden time for me.
