Violence against women, men, and non-binary individuals is a constant reality. Vol 2 is a break from that reality: a ten minute break daydreaming inside of a carwash, dancing on a parking garage rooftop, or taking a spiritual shower in the rain with a beer in hand. Finding brief moments throughout the day to escape our traumas is the lifestyle for more people than we realize, and acknowledging this side of sexual violence survivors’ lives is important in lifting their image.
