Horchata


Blend dry rice, a cinnamon stick, and sugar for a long time. (two entire classic Santana tracks)

Add double the volume of water, and blend again for a long time.

Let sit with lid on OVERNIGHT.

Whiz again and strain through a fine mesh sieve.

Stir some into a glass of cold milk with a drop of vanilla extract.
